Dreamist Elixir for Enhanced Intuition and Connection to Higher Realms

This Dreamist elixir is designed to enhance your intuition and foster a deeper connection to higher realms, allowing you to access spiritual guidance and wisdom more easily. It utilizes the power of crystals, herbs, and intention, in line with Dreamist beliefs.

Ingredients:

1 cup spring or filtered water
1 tablespoon dried mugwort
1 tablespoon dried rose petals
1 tablespoon dried jasmine flowers
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
1 clear quartz crystal, cleansed and charged
1 moonstone crystal, cleansed and charged
Glass container or bottle with a lid or cork
Instructions:

Begin by cleansing and charging your clear quartz and moonstone crystals with your intention. Hold them in your hands, close your eyes, and visualize your desired outcome – enhanced intuition and connection to higher realms.

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a gentle simmer. Add the dried mugwort, rose petals, and jasmine flowers. Simmer the herbs gently for about 10 minutes, allowing their essence and properties to infuse the water.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the herbal infusion cool to room temperature.

Once cooled, strain the infusion through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass container or bottle, discarding the spent herbs.

If desired, sweeten the elixir with honey or agave nectar to taste.

Add the charged clear quartz and moonstone crystals to the glass container, allowing their energy to infuse the elixir.

Seal the container with a lid or cork and store it in a cool, dark place.
